Many of us behind the scenes saw this day coming for several years ....  as the production of Nighthawk ( the code name for the next version of NUTD+Contact ) was delayed over and over.

I spoke directly with John Wallace at MacWorld San Fran on several occasions .... asking when the next rev would ship ... when the beta shipped recently, it was lack luster and go poor reviews.

At one time, this was a great and very solid product for small business contacts and calendars as an Apple first product.
