I may be wrong on that.  I discovered com.apple.locate.plist has the same property and exhibits the same launchctl characteristics as the three periodic daemons.

org.postfix.master.plist also had this property originally, but I removed it when I was getting postfix working and it loaded as expected on reboot.

Does anybody know what AbandonProcessGroup does?  It appears to be something like the don't load flag used in 10.4, but it is more like half load in that the daemon gets loaded but doesn't actually run.
