[NPMUG] Mac Book Pro 17 with swelling battery

Hi all,

I just got a report from one of my users that his Mac Book Pro 17" had developed a swelling battery.  Fortunately it will be replaced under warranty.  He first noticed problems last night when the track pad developed a problem.  The pressure from the swelling battery was causing the trouble.  

This could have been much worse.  Has anyone else had battery problems with their Mac?
