Charles,

Please continue to use Time Machine and add as many strategies as you
can ... more redundancy is better. This includes burning to CD or
DVD, or just using flash drives.

Everyone feel free to add to this quick list :

Disk to Disk "cloning tools", so that you have an external hard drive
exactly matching your computer's internal hard drive :

SuperDuper!	http://www.shirt-pocket.com/SuperDuper/SuperDuperDescription.html
Carbon Copy Cloner	http://www.bombich.com/software/ccc.html
SilverKeeper	http://www.lacie.com/silverkeeper/

Files and folders ( not your entire hard drive, but specific files and
folders ) to a remote location:

My Secure Backup	http://cranstoninc.com/mysecurebackup/
MobileMe	http://me.com
Mozy	http://mozy.com/

Network backups , for several office or home computers

BRU http://www.tolisgroup.com/
TimeCapsule	http://www.apple.com/timecapsule/
