[NPMUG] Laptop Hard Drives

I'm considering replacing my MacBook Pro hardrive with the 500GB,  
7,200 RPM Seagate drive.  Apple specified this as their OEM 500GB  
drive for the new MacBook Pro's.  I've read that initially, there were  
some problems with this drive.

Does anyone have any experience with this drive?  Recommendations?
