Dear Mac friends:

Many thanks to Charlie Hutchens, Rich Fitzgibbon, John Hamill, Tucker
Trainor, and Dave Sevick for joining me at the Goodwill Computer
Recycling Center today.

We are now plumbing the depths of Goodwill's basement storage area
where our remaining stock of Macs waiting refurbishment are stored.
These Macs were the ones we brought with us when we moved from
Goodwill's former location in Lawrenceville.

These Macs are not nearly as fine specimens as the ones we recently
completed donated by the Keystone Oaks School District. Today we
refurbished 13 Macs, de-manufactured 11 others, and re-imaged 2 from
store returns. Our all-time total is now 2,252.

We're still seeking USB keyboards and mice. For example, seven Macs
came to Goodwill this week from donations, but only three keyboards
and three mice accompanied them. Please mention this to anyone you
can. This will be a continuing limitation for us in the coming months.

The construction on Carson St. at the Goodwill building is in its
final stages. Work is now being done to rebuild the sidewalk along
Carson St., closing the ComputerWorks store normal entrance. There is
a temporary entrance on the South 26th St. side of the building near
the front corner. Look for the red door.

We will have another workday next Friday, November 13. We will not be
working on Friday, November 27, the day after Thanksgiving.

Hope to see you there!
