[NPMUG] Fwd: opening ".docx" file?? From Ruppert

Lots of good suggestions. If you¹re using Microsoft 2004 you can also
download the utility MS created. A bit kludgy, but it works (turns docx into
RTF files) but otherwise seems to work on Excel and PPT. It¹s called Open
XML Converter. Download is here:
