[NPMUG] Goodwill CRC update, July 31...

Dear Mac friends:

Many thanks to Charlie Hutchens, Rich Fitzgibbon, Tucker Trainor, and  
John Bauerlein for joining me at the Goodwill Computer Recycling  
Center today.

Today was one of those days when everything went as smoothly as could  
be. Our past problems with our disk image and server seem like a  
distant memory. We refurbished 16 Macs, de-manufactured four others,  
and did one repair for the ComputerWorks store. Marty Swartz' Mac  
notebook operation added another to our total.

Our all-time total is now 2,023.

A construction note: The PennDOT Carson St. widening project will  
close South 26 St. at the Goodwill Building main entrance in the near  
future. We'll keep you posted when the project affects entry into the  
building, and let you know any alternative entrance options.

We'll have another workday on Friday, August 7. Hope to see you there!
