The Apple LED Cinema Display (24" flat panel) connects to a computer
using the Mini DisplayPort connector, an industry-standard port found on
all current Macs, except for the MacBook.

For older Macs, without a Mini DisplayPort, you will need a third-party
converter, such as this one, which converts DVI to Mini DisplayPort:
