[NPMUG] New Macbook Pro 17"

Wow..
The big negative (for me) on the new MBP17 is the non-removable  
battery. They claim that by making it built-in they could pack more  
battery into the case, giving it 8 hours of battery life. But not  
being able to carry a spare kinda sucks.

But the big positive for me is the RAM - it supports a whopping 8GB of  
RAM. Amazing. Imagine a laptop with 8GB of RAM...

Of course, it costs money... a tricked out MBP17 with everything maxed  
out is about $4700 :)
