[NPMUG] Printing Envelopes and Labels

I've been frustrated over the inability to print names in the order  
First, Last.  I keep my address book sorted last name first.  When I  
want to print an envelope, I temporarily modify
Card-Reorder....  This is clunky.

I recently discovered that if you add a name as friend, assistant,  
etc. to a card, then the name will print in order.  For those that I  
frequently send snail mail, and who don't have an entry, I add a "."  
as a friend.  Note that adding spouse will cause the name of the  
spouse to be printed.  If you don't want that to happen, add a custom  
name... husband or wife.  This solves that problem.

I still have not found a way to print specific label locations.
