[NPMUG] iWeb displays badly for one windoze user friend

A friend of mine in Cincinnati set this screen shot showing how his  
computer displays the page headers for my webpage.  He uses Firefox.   
He tried it with IE and got the same result.

Anyone out there have any good ideas what causes this and what he can  
do to fix it?
