[NPMUG] Trouble sending mail from Mail app

I'm having similar issues...and I also can't access websites, even  
though everything looks like it's operating properly.  When I hit the  
connection doctor, and then try a couple more times, then finally my  
mail will go through.  But it shouldn't be such a struggle.  This  
started yesterday for me.
