[NPMUG] Fax questions

Yep, most folks probably dont have the "Reply to all" in the toolbar,
so it is extra steps. To put it there go to "view" pull down and
choose "customize toolbar". there you will see icon with double
arrows and you can move it to the toolbar above the "to" on Mac
Mail. Much easier to remember to do it.
I can post the answers I got, but it would be much better if the
people who sent them would do it, just so I dont feel wrong about
reposting without permission.
