[NPMUG] Food Pantry Needs Restocking

House of Prayer Lutheran Church, my home congregation has a Food  Pantry 
that provides (guess what?) food for needy folks in the  Aliquippa 
area.   Each Wednesday non perishable food stuffs are  offered to those 
who deed it.

There is no charge for the service.  It is funded by monetary and  non 
perishable food donations from the congregation and other groups  such 
as Boy Scouts, Curves, USPS, and like organizations.

The supplies are at a very low level adversely affecting House of  
Prayer's ability to distribute food to needy individuals.

Would it be possible to have an appeal to NPMUG to bring non  perishable 
food items to a future meeting?  I could pick up the  donations @ a 
MacOutfitters meeting and transport them to the church.
