[NPMUG] Epson printer and scanner drivers

Greetings Mac Folks

I have been having random kernel panics, and I think it has something  
to do with Epson. The crash log always shows the system
looking for some random Epson files. I would like to clear out/ purge  
all things Epson from this machine and get fresh drivers
from Epson, only I don't know where to look on the system. There is an  
Epson file in the root library under the preferences folder
along with other printers. I was wondering if this is all the files I  
need to delete or are there more someplace else.
Epson's site offers no help. Any thoughts you all may have would be  
appreciated.
