A surprise was waiting for a guy in the crowd at ABC's Good Morning  
America .....

A 22-year-veteran computer network administrator gives up his job for  
a fellow computer tech colleague,  last year ....

The story:  A South Carolina school was headed for layoffs, Ralph  
( the veteran ) says "take me and not Mike ..." to the school  
leadership, noting Mike ( the young guy ) has family hardships ...

Watch this and try not to cry ....
