[NPMUG] annoying message

Does anyone else out there have this problem?

Every time I publish my webpage I get the 'expire' message below.  The  
second screen shot shows that I am all set for renewal.  When you  
click 'renew' it takes you to a form like you are signing up for the  
first time.

Any suggestions on where to complain?
